Do you ship tickets internationally?

Yes, we do ship tickets internationally (On a request basis depending on the match being played).

 

When will I receive my tickets?

Most customers receive their tickets within one week of the event. RCI Tickets guarantees that at least one delivery attempt will be made before your event. In case of hotel delivery, this will be done by a courier such as UPS or DHL or done by our local agent in the city of the event.

How do I know if my tickets are real?

All of the tickets in our inventory are real tickets to actual events. It's our goal to provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. As a result, we take ticket fraud very seriously - our reputation depends on it. We assure you that your tickets will be valid and will permit access to the event and we back that with a 100% money-back guarantee. Unlike other ticket-selling Web sites, our guarantee covers the TOTAL cost of the ticket order, not just the cost of the tickets.

Are my seats going to be next to each other?

All seats are guaranteed to be in pairs unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

Why is the price on the ticket different from what I have paid?

Will you ship my tickets to my hotel or any other address?

We are able to ship your tickets to any address, although we enforce delivery to a hotel in the city were the event is being played to guarantee a secure receipt of the tickets. For home matches of Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United and Liverpool the tickets are ready to be collected from the Hospitality ticket offices located in each Stadium (This information is clearly stated on our website www.rcitickets.com once you select the event you are interested in.

Special note for football tickets: Many football tickets are not available until a few days before the event. In some instances, local pickup might be the only delivery method available. If your tickets cannot be delivered via regular mail, we will contact you directly to make local pickup arrangements at your hotel, the venue, or any other public location.

What is a service fee?

The service fee pays for the technological system that connects you with our customer service centre. It also pays for the maintenance of the website from which you purchased tickets, and the security tools designed to protect your online privacy and ensure credit card authenticity.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel the ticket order you placed through us. All our sales are final. There is one exception: if your event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. I have a confirmed booking but now am unable to travel, do I get a refund?  All match tickets are non- transferable and non-refundable, cancellation policies for each hotel differ and therefore a refund for the hotel depends on the date and policy of the hotel. I want to buy tickets for a group but there is no listing with enough tickets. Please contact us at info@rcitickets.com and we will contact you within 24 hours

Can I book over the phone? 

Yes, you can book over the phone although we always prefer to receive the communications in writing.
